Goodbye Summer
Goodbye summer, goodbye freedom, goodbye never-ending party. This is one of the best yet worst days of my summer. Me and Elizabeth had so much fun having a traditional summer day. WE started off with a lunch of hot dogs, little debbie snacks, and tortilla chips(everyone had lunch with us), and what was supposed to be a dive in the pool off the steps to see who would go the farthest, but that was over when she pushed me into the FREEZING cold water!NExt we played the beachball volley-ball, and after playing for a while and making no progress, we took a break, and I looked at a Kohl's add while she made a School Shopping List. After that, we got back in the pool, and started playing beachball volleyball again. this time we made progress. A month or two ago, Elizabeth posted on her blog that we had broken our record of 385, and gotten 499. Well as our best effort EVER, we not only passed 385, but we passed 499, and we ended with 618!!!!! WE then got out, after telling everyone on the deck, went downstairs and got our victory food: Little Debbie snacks out of the freezer. Then we took the beachball, and decorated it with 618, 499, 385, our signatures, the time and date, what we were playing for,and a couple of random things that my xcousin Mark wrote on it, with my my moms multi-colored sharpies. It will currently be hanging up in Elizabeth's Room. After that, we decided to continue on with tradition and go outside and play catch with the baseball. Of course, we hurt each other, by the ball hitting the mit hard, and if you were as lucky as i was, your eyebrow. She also threw it into the street, and as usual commented on how cute i was looking both ways before crossing the street (at one point she threw both balls across the street). WE also hid behind a tree from a white car. Then after 10 final throws,(more like 11 or 12) we played mini-amazing race. we both couldn't find the second clue, but i found the treasure first. I had to look in the trash can for a clue! After the mini'amazing race, we were going to swim, but we couldn't get ourselves into the pool it was so cold, and her mom told us it was time for them to leave. It was sad, everyone except Mark and Lindsay have left. But as of now, the never-ending party is over, but it was a great party! I'm going to miss the summer very much, but i will admit, i am a excited for tomarrow when school starts, but stilll i don't want the summer to end. Oh well, time files when you are having fun! And this summer has had to be the best summer yet!

The huge, gigantic , humungous, terrible, horrible, fatal mistake!
Yes, yes indeed, man has made a huge, gigantic, humungous, terrible, horrible, fatal mistake! He...ate...a piece of fruit. But not any fruit, a fruit from the tree of knowledge, which was forbidden to be touched by man, so sayeth the Lord. You know, if Adam and Eve had never eaten that fruitwhich was tempted by a snake who just so happened to be Satan), in the first place we would have a great life. Peace with the animals, meaning animals wouldn't be trying to kill us, our pets would obey our commands, mosquitoes wouldn't be biting us, and much much more! We would have no sin, meaning that there would be no fear of others,no robbing,no murder, no rape, no war nothing bad at all. Wouldn't that be great? Of course we would be running around with no clothes on, but we wouldn't know that! And i'm pretty sure everyone would be saved. Just think..a world with no sin.....wouldn't it be great? Well you still have a chance to go to that place...its called Heaven, and if you would like to go there, please comment me.
P.S. -there's only one way to get there...and its not by doing good things, or being a good person, is about inviting Christ into your heart, repenting your sins, and believing in what God has done.

Remembering Nate Deyarmin
Recently, a woman's son named Nate Deyarmin died. You're probably wondering why i am posting about that, I mean I don't even know him or his family. But I do know he was a marine.Nate Deyarmin died in Iraq, fighting for our country. He and 3 other service members came to our schools to speak to us about their Jobs. They showed us how to fold the American Flag correctly, and they even had a person come up and they put their gear on her to show how heavy it was. They also wrote us a very nice letter to us on the last day of school. I remember them telling the 7th graders that next year we will be on top of the school. I don't remeber which marine he was, but i know i shook his hand. To bring an end to this post, please take a minute to pray for Nate's family, and to thank God for all the people fighting for us in Iraq, ad all the people who had fought for us.
